Warranty:
Dr Pen have a 6 month warranty given that the pen has not been damaged due to negligence, overcharging of devise, any defects caused by user, dropping of the unit, attempting to dismantle and repair devise, dropping devise in water.
Batteries will be depleted overtime, do not overcharge batteries as this will cause the battery to swell. Once the light turns green, remove it from the power point immediately.
Keshō suggests that all machines be insured against damages. Should this be a manufacturing defect, return to Keshō for investigation and the devise will be replaced within the 6 month period from date of purchase.
